What is StorieVerse?
StorieVerse is a custom merchandise experience that lets you generate AI artwork and preview it on launch apparel.
What products are available at launch?
The launch products are T-shirt and Hoodie only.
Can I use my own image?
Yes, where an upload flow is available, you can use your own source image. You must own it or have permission to use it.
How many images are generated?
The design flow generates image options for you to review before choosing what to preview on a product.
Why only two image options?
StorieVerse keeps the number of options focused so the experience is faster, easier to choose from, and more controlled during launch.
Can I buy now?
Checkout may be available in the current flow, but fulfilment wording should be read with the current launch status in mind. Printful submission remains disabled or stubbed until final fulfilment data is provided.
How does checkout work?
Stripe handles checkout and payment processing. StorieVerse stores the order and payment metadata needed to provide the service and support customers.
Who fulfils the products?
Printful is planned to handle fulfilment once final fulfilment setup is connected. Until then, live Printful order submission remains disabled or stubbed.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds may apply for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-delivered items where appropriate. Because these are custom printed products, change-of-mind refunds may be limited once production has started.
Can I use copyrighted characters/logos?
No. Do not request, upload, or buy designs using copyrighted characters, brand logos, protected artwork, or other third-party material unless you have the rights or permission to use them.
Do you save my prompts/designs?
StorieVerse stores prompts, generated images, uploaded source images where applicable, selected products, basket/order data, and related metadata to provide the service, support orders, improve the product, and prevent misuse.
Can my design be used publicly?
StorieVerse should only use your design in public showcases, marketing, or promotional material if you give separate permission.
How do I contact support?
