Terms of use

These terms explain how customers may use StorieVerse, what content is allowed, and how custom AI merchandise orders are handled.

What StorieVerse is

StorieVerse lets customers generate AI artwork and preview it on custom merchandise. Launch products are T-shirt and Hoodie only.

Allowed use

Use StorieVerse only for lawful, respectful, and safe design creation, product preview, checkout, and support. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to create content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, explicit, unsafe, or otherwise harmful.

Your prompts and uploads

You are responsible for the prompts, source images, names, references, and other content you provide. Only upload or request content you own, created yourself, or have permission to use.

Content rights

Where legally possible, you keep ownership of your input content. You give StorieVerse the licence needed to generate images, show product previews, store designs and order data, process checkout, prepare fulfilment, provide support, improve the service, and prevent misuse.

Third-party rights

Do not upload, request, or buy designs that infringe someone else's copyright, trade mark, publicity rights, logo rights, character rights, or other rights. This includes copyrighted characters, brand logos, protected artwork, and designs copied from other creators unless you have permission.

AI design results

AI output may vary from your prompt, may contain imperfections, and is not guaranteed to match a specific style, character, person, logo, colour, placement, or product result.

Product previews

Product previews are representative. Screen colour, placement, scaling, print finish, garment fit, and fulfilment output may differ from what you see on your device.

Content rules

Generated images and orders may be rejected, removed, paused, or cancelled if they appear to breach these terms, safety requirements, fulfilment partner rules, or third-party rights.

Payments and fulfilment

Stripe handles payment processing. Printful will handle fulfilment once final fulfilment data is connected. Current Printful submission remains disabled or stubbed until fulfilment setup is ready.

Support

Order confirmation emails and customer replies route through support@storieverse.com. Please include your order number or reference when contacting support.
