1. Who we are
StorieVerse is a trading name of Iris Futures Ltd. Our company details and contact address appear below.
2. How StorieVerse works
You can create artwork from a prompt or transform an image, preview selected artwork on a product and order made-to-order clothing. AI-assisted results and previews are part of a creative process and are not guarantees of an exact physical result.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to place an order, or act with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Keep account and sign-in details secure and provide accurate, current information. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Your prompts and uploads
You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed for us to process it. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive or misleading material, or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your design.
5. Intellectual property and other people’s rights
You retain rights you have in your inputs. You give us a limited licence to process, store and reproduce them as needed to provide the service, fulfil orders, support you and keep the service secure. You must not infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity or other rights. AI output may resemble existing material, may not be unique and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection.
6. AI-generated output
Outputs can contain errors, unexpected details or artefacts and may not follow a prompt exactly. You must review a design before using or ordering it. We do not guarantee that output is accurate, unique, non-infringing or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Product previews
Previews are illustrative. Screen settings, garment construction and the printing process can cause reasonable differences in colour, scale, positioning, finish and appearance. Product descriptions and size information should be reviewed before ordering.
8. Ordering and contract formation
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that we have accepted the order. We may decline an order before acceptance, including for payment, availability, content, technical or legal reasons. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, it will be returned.
9. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT where stated. The final total is shown before you confirm payment. Stripe processes payment securely; its own terms may also apply. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order.
10. Personalised products
Physical products are personalised and made to order using your selected artwork, product, colour and size. We do not offer change-of-mind returns for these goods, but your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain.
11. Production partners
Made-to-order products are produced and shipped by specialist print-on-demand fulfilment partners. We share the information they need to make and deliver your order, while remaining responsible to you for our contract.
12. Delivery
We currently support UK delivery. Estimates are shown during checkout or in order communications and are not guaranteed dates. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Our Shipping Policy explains delays, tracking and delivery support.
13. Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We will check whether production can be stopped, but cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun. Any statutory cancellation right that applies to a non-personalised item or service remains unaffected.
14. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order reference and suitable evidence. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. Returns and refunds
Our Returns Policy explains how to report and return a physical item. Our Refund Policy explains eligibility and payment handling. Those policies supplement these terms and do not remove statutory rights.
16. Digital artwork downloads
A purchased clean artwork download becomes available after successful payment and confirmation. Digital cancellation rights can be affected when supply begins at your express request and after the legally required acknowledgement. Our current checkout does not ask you to waive those rights, so we do not claim that they are automatically lost. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel before accessing a download.
17. Prohibited content and rejection
Do not use StorieVerse for illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent-extremist, deceptive or rights-infringing content, or to compromise the service. We may block content, suspend access or reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for safety, law, partner rules or third-party rights.
18. Service availability
We may maintain, update, limit or suspend parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for preserving temporary, unsaved creative work. We will not make material changes to an accepted order without contacting you.
19. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, business loss suffered by consumers, or failures outside our reasonable control, subject always to applicable law.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you also retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
21. Contact
Email support@storieverse.com. Please include the relevant order or download reference so we can help efficiently.
22. Changes and effective date
These terms are effective from 12 July 2026. We may update them for legal, operational or service changes. The terms in force when we accept an order will govern that order unless the law requires otherwise.
