Shipping policy

StorieVerse currently delivers within the United Kingdom. Every garment is printed to order before it is dispatched.

Delivery area and cost

We currently support UK delivery. UK delivery is free during launch.

Production and delivery estimates

Your item is made to order, usually within 2–5 working days. UK delivery normally takes a further 3–7 working days, so please allow approximately 5–12 working days in total. You’ll see the latest estimate before payment. Timings are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by stock, busy periods or carrier delays. UK delivery is free during launch.

Your delivery address

Check the full name, address and postcode before paying. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to help, but an address may not be editable after production or dispatch and we cannot accept responsibility for delay or loss caused by an inaccurate address you supplied.

Tracking and split shipments

Where tracking is available, it will be included in an order update. Items may arrive in separate parcels if different production or delivery routes are used; this does not create an extra delivery charge unless one was clearly displayed before payment.

Delayed or missing orders

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or an order has not arrived after the latest estimated date, email support@storieverse.com with your order reference and delivery postcode. We will investigate with the relevant partner and explain the next step.

Essential technologies run StorieVerse. Optional Google Analytics measures visits and navigation to help improve it and, if separately enabled, a consented verified paid clothing purchase. It runs only after you accept the current Analytics notice and sends Analytics data to Google.
