Refund policy

This policy explains how StorieVerse handles refunds for custom printed T-shirts and Hoodies, including faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-delivered items.

Custom printed products

StorieVerse products are custom printed using the design selected by the customer. Because each item is made for that order, refunds or returns for change of mind may be limited once production has started.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, materially incorrect, or not as ordered, contact support and we will review the issue. Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Non-delivery

If an order appears lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact support with your order details so we can check the available tracking and fulfilment information.

Change of mind

For custom merchandise, a change-of-mind refund is usually not available after production has started. If production has not started, contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm what options are available.

Content and safety cancellations

Generated images or orders may be rejected or cancelled if they breach StorieVerse content rules, safety requirements, fulfilment partner rules, or third-party rights.

  • Photos of damage, faults, or the wrong item where relevant
