Returns and refunds
StorieVerse is currently in test/pre-launch mode. This page explains the current test position and the expected approach for future live custom merchandise.
Current test mode
No live paid fulfilment is active yet. Test checkout may create test records, but no real Printful orders are submitted and no physical products are produced from the MVP test flow.
Future live custom products
When live ordering opens, products will be custom and personalised using the design selected by the customer. Because of that, change-of-mind returns may be limited once production starts.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If a future live item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will handle it properly. Contact support quickly with the order reference, checkout email, photos if relevant, and a short summary of the issue.
Your rights
Nothing on this page removes any legal rights customers may have. The live returns policy will be updated before real orders and fulfilment go live.
