• Uploaded source images where you use an upload flow

• Payment metadata returned by Stripe, such as payment status and checkout references
• Support messages you send to us
• Session, device, browser, technical, and log data needed to run and protect the service

How we use it

• Generate AI artwork and show it on T-shirt and Hoodie previews
• Maintain baskets, checkout sessions, order records, and customer support history
• Send and troubleshoot order confirmations and customer replies
• Prepare fulfilment records when fulfilment partners are connected
• Improve reliability, product quality, safety controls, and the customer experience
• Prevent misuse, abuse, unsafe content, fraud, and excessive generation costs

Third-party services

Payments and fulfilment

Stripe handles payment processing. StorieVerse does not need to store your full card details. Printful will handle fulfilment once connected; until then, wording and records should not be read as confirmation that Printful fulfilment is live.

Retention and public use

We keep prompts, images, order records, support messages, and logs for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support orders, improve the product, meet legal or accounting needs, and prevent misuse. We do not use your designs in public showcases, marketing, or promotional posts unless you give separate permission.
