Your front print
Your selected artwork is printed on the front only. You review the garment preview before ordering, so check the chosen artwork, colour and preview carefully.
Previews are representative. Screen colour, print colour, scale, positioning and garment shape may vary reasonably in the finished item.
Care for your print
- Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.
- Use mild detergent and wash with similar colours. Do not use fabric softener.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Cool iron inside out. Do not iron the decoration.
- Do not dry clean.

Your item is made to order, usually within 2–5 working days. UK delivery normally takes a further 3–7 working days, so please allow approximately 5–12 working days in total. You’ll see the latest estimate before payment. Timings are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by stock, busy periods or carrier delays. UK delivery is free during launch. Tracking is supplied where available.

We will review genuine product problems
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was described, including a significant print-production problem, email support@storieverse.com with your order reference and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy under your legal rights.
Because the garment is personalised and made to order, the ordinary change-of-mind right may not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.
